Life is unexpected, why waste time living it for someone else when you can live it for yourself?
So I tried this whole "blogging" thing around two years back, and I found I was greatly slacking in maintaining it. Not only was I forcing things to happen in my life that appeared exciting, but I noticed that I was forcing the ordinary things in my life to be interesting to entertain other people. These so called "ordinary" things are some of the most memorable times in our lives, hence why I am starting my blogging adventure once again.
It's taken me these past two years to come to terms with the reason of why I would like to blog. Blogging is an outlet, and in my opinion, also a way to express and inform other people of experiences, recipes and how awesome life can be.

The Chiro Wife, Healthy Life blog is intended to not only let you all into our home and family, but to try to enlighten you on the healthier, holistic side of life that is awaiting you. After working in the hospital field as a Registered Nurse for 6+ years, my views on western medicine have changed immensely, resulting in me becoming a fully committed stay-at-home Mom, and I wouldn't be able to do this without the help of my wonderful husband.
Over the next few weeks I will be blogging about my reasoning and motivation behind this decision, as well as my passion for the Chiropractic and holistic lifestyle.
There is another primary reason why I have been procrastinating this blog, because of fear of failure or backlash from the views and opinions that I may have. This is my disclaimer- this blog is not to shame the medical field, or to shame anyone that doesn't have my same beliefs as me.. It is purely to help others see the alternative, healthy and holistic ways of life that my family and I incorporate, and in hopes that it can help you and yours in the process.
Call me crunchy all you want, I will proudly wear that name tag! I look forward to sharing my journey publicly, and to help pass my knowledge along to you.
Come along with me!
This will probably be my favorite of all your blog posts, proud of you!
